4. Content and Training Data
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the specific input strings (prompts) you create.
- License to Us: By using the Service, you grant Prompt Engineer Tools a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and store your Input Content.
- Model Training Disclosure: You acknowledge and agree that the prompts you input and the outputs generated may be used by Us to train, tune, and improve our AI models and underlying technology.
- Sensitivity: Because inputs may be used for machine learning, you should not input trade secrets, highly confidential information, or sensitive personal data that you do not want processed by an AI.
5. Intellectual Property
The "Prompt Engineer Tools" name, logo, UI/UX design, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for its intended purpose.
6. Payments and Refunds
- Subscriptions: If you purchase a premium plan, you agree to recurring billing.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of AI generation costs, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or specified in a particular promotional offer.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Engineer Tools shall not be liable for:
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
- Data loss or service interruptions.
