Prompt Engineer Tools is a digital, AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because our product is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon use, traditional return or exchange policies do not apply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided due to the digital nature of our service and the real-time cost of AI processing. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period.
Service Unavailability: If the platform experienced prolonged downtime (more than 48 continuous hours) during your active billing period, and the issue was caused by us.
